Artificial sport grass installation

The main requirements are as follows:

1.The best surface is asphalt or concrete. Installation on partialy or fully destroyed surface is not allowed.

2. The temperature should be between +15 и +25 ºС

3. The installation of the fences and the lighting systems should be completed.

Flooring installation includes the following actions:

1. Shipping of materials to the site

2. Unpacking of the rolls and obligatory check for defects and color differences. Materials stay at least 24 hours before the cutting.

3. Cleaning of the base from dust and other contaminations.

4. Cutting the flooring.

5. Laying the flooring and glueing it.

6. Making the outlines. It depends on the type of playground - tennis, basketball, multifunctional, etc.

An underlay of quartz sand or rubber granules is made. The quantity of the materials used for the underlay depends on the type of grass and its height.

The following actions are not included in installation:

1. Accessories shipping and installation . If the client requests, we are able to deliver and install other football, tennis, etc. equipment.

2. We are also able to deliver and install fences, lighting equipment, to prepare the base and to accomplish the building of the sport playground.
