In most cases comfort, sound-proof characteristics, design and quality are required. This is the main reason why carpet tiles and broadloom carpets are the preffered choice. When we come to discussing the price, however, the cheap carpets do not have the forementioned characteristics. All they have is the amazing look during the first month (only if the room is rarely used). The preferable option is to spend a little more money for the higher quality flooring, than to frequently change the cheaper one.
The best choice is the use of carpet tiles, because of the already mentioned reasons. Moreover the change of one or several dirty or damaged tiles is prompt and easy, even if you have important business meeting in the room in 15 minutes. All you have to do is to remove the tiles (they are not permanently glued to the base) and place the new ones. The carpet tiles may be installed over prepared even surface as well as over an access floor. They are mounted without permanent gluing, so the cable systems underneath can be inspected and the damaged tiles can be changed. Different tile designs can be combined, some manufacturers even suggest that clients make their individual designs. These floorings have the needed certificates for burn- and smokeproofness. They are extremely wear resistant and resistant to furniture wheels.
Another option is the use of broadloom carpet. Depending on the desired solution the carpet can be made of wool, РА and/or РР. The carpets build up an exceptional comfort, and if you prefer to use woollen carpet, it will give more luxurious feeling to your conference room. Most of the carpets may have special design, in order to give the room individuality.
