The main requirements are as follows:
1. A surface clean of dust and construction waste, even and aligned. Installation over putty, which is partially unglued or/and uneven. There should not be any spots from paint, oil, plaster, etc.
2. It is necessary for the sub-floor to be dry. The permissible sub-floor humidity is 3%CM, air humidity - up to 75%.
3. The room temperature should be between +15 и +25 ºС
4. Finishing works on the drywalls are not allowed, as well as major painting jobs. Paint corrections are allowed - if necessary, but protection for the carpet should be ensured.
Flooring installation includes the following actions:
1. Shipping of materials to the site
2. Materials stay in the room 24 hours at temperatures between +15°C and +29°C. The same applies to glue and ground coat. When installing the temperature should be the same - between +15°C and +29°C. The humidity should not be more than 75%.
3. Cleaning of the sub-floor from dust and other contaminations.
4. Unpacking and an obligatory check for defects and color differences.
5. Laying the carpet tiles and fixing them with doublesticktape. The carpet tiles aren't permanently glued to the surface, so damaged or dirty tiles can be easily replaced or cleaned. If the tiles are mounted on a service floor they allow for revising the cable systems underneath.
The following actions are not included in installation:
1. Floor cleaning after installation.
2. Moving of furniture and other items. as well as taking them out of the room. The rooms should be empty and there should not be any other construction works going on.
