In order to issue a warranty, we need that you ensured propper installation of the flooring. Our installation teams may take care of this, so you don`t need to search for other people to do this.
The main requirements are as follows:
1. A dry surface (<3%CM), clean of dust and construction waste, even and aligned. Installation over putty, which is partially unglued or/and uneven.
2. The room temperature should be between +15 и +25 ºС.
3. Finishing works that will obstruct the laying of the flooring are not allowed.
4. All "wet" building processes should be finished.
Flooring installation includes the following actions:
1. Shipping of materials to the site
2. The packets are arranged laying, aligned and on top of each other, but not more than 5 packets in a column. Materials stay in the room at least 48 hours. This is made because of the pieces of parqet need to get the same temperature as the room that they will be mounted in. The optimal temperature is +18°C÷+20°C. When the temperatures are lower ( under +15°C ) the flooring doesn't loosen and it is hard to be mounted. When temperatures are higher than +25°C the parquet is swelling and the mounitng is harder again.
3. Cleaning of the sub-floor from dust and other contaminations.
4. Laying the underlay.
5. Unpacking of the laminate and its mounting. Note that their fitting is glue-free.
6. Throwing away the excess pieces and the waste.
The following actions are not included in installation:
1. Floor cleaning after installation.
2. Moving of furniture and other items. as well as taking them out of the room. The rooms should be empty and there should not be any other construction works going on.
