The most common decision is to go for the carpet tiles not only becasue of the reasons above, but also because of the easy change of one or more dirty or damaged tiles even if you have an important meeting in the room in only 15 minutes. Everythnig you have to do is to remove the tiles, which are not permanently glued to the surface, and to lay the new ones. The carpet tiles may be installed over preleveled base as well as over access floor. No permanent fixation is required so that the cable systems beneath the access floor can be inspected or the damaged tiles can be cleaned or changed. They give various combinations of colours and allow individual designs. These floorings are certified as burn- and smokeproof. They are very durable and resistant to furniture wheels as well as high heels.
Another possibility is to lay broadloom carpet. Depending on the specificity of the solution the carpet may be made of wool, PA and/or PP. The carpets create exceptional comfort and if you choose carpet made of wool, this will add up some more luxury to your room. Many of the carpets may have special design in order to make the room more individual.
The Linoleum is also an appropriate decision, the flooring is made entirely of natural materials, it's fireproof and has the M1 and B4 European certificates for fireproofness and smokeproofness. Another option for the flooring in the conference room is the tree-layer parquet. Parquets are wonderful decision in case you are looking for more luxury.
